Standard shipping
Standard delivery is free within the continental United States. Allow 1–3 business days for handling and 3–7 business days in transit, typically 4–10 business days overall after order acceptance and cleared payment.
Processing schedule
Our handling cutoff is 1:00 PM Central Time. Later orders, weekends and US federal holidays enter processing the next business day. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Special orders & destinations
Remote destinations, special-order equipment and software setup may require additional time. Delivery outside the continental US requires an agreed quote. We communicate changes before dispatch; if we cannot meet the agreed shipping schedule, we will offer a revised date or cancellation and refund.
Dispatch & receipt
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Check your address before ordering and inspect the package on arrival. Keep packaging and photograph damage. Contact us promptly, ideally within 24 hours; this request does not remove your statutory rights.
