Cancellations
Cancel before shipment is scheduled or dispatched for a full refund, including deposits. Afterwards, documented nonrecoverable shipping costs and deposit deductions may apply; we explain any deduction.
Return window & condition
Request authorization within 30 days of delivery. Approved change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and in their supplied condition. Send them within 14 days of authorization. Return shipping is your responsibility; a restocking charge of up to 25% may apply, disclosed with the authorization.
Equipment-specific exclusions
Activated licenses, downloaded software, personalized programming and made-to-order equipment are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not apply to remedies required by law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faults, damage & incorrect items
Email your order reference, serial number and photos. We arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, including return transport where the issue is ours. Do not ship to our business address without return instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection or cancellation approval. Your provider may take another 3–5 business days to post the credit.
